The KCL Beauty Edit

Welcome to another KCL Beauty Edit! I've really loved so many of the beauty and makeup products I tried last month. There is usually at least one dud in the bunch that I reluctantly have to give a bad review, but I have something good to say about each one of these products. A few of them I very highly recommend, so grab a cup of coffee and check it all out. If you have a question about any of the products mentioned, please leave it below in the comments section. And if you don't have time to read this, you can skip ahead and listen to my video review here while you work or whatever. Enjoy!

The new skincare line I tried last month was from LHB Natural Skincare, which included a facial wash and two different facial serums. I recently posted about LHB in an anti-aging skincare routine blog and video to show how I use each of these products. Of course I started with the facial wash, which I really loved. The LHB Coconut & Sea Clay Mineral Face Wash is great for any skin type…

The Ultimate Valentine's Day Gift Guide for Everyone

I've done a few themed gift guides for Valentine's Day and plan to add more this week, but if you'd like to keep track of them all in one place, and see lots of bonus gift ideas for everyone on your list, check out my ultimate Valentine's Day Shopping Guide on Pinterest. I've pinned themed gift guides as well as individual gift ideas with more to come this week.

I'm pinning gift ideas for men, women, teens, and children. I hear a ton of complaints around Valentine's Day, that it's too commercialized or that it was invented by greeting card companies or how it's a holiday where men get the shaft but are required to get a gift for women. I just don't see it that way, perhaps because I grew up getting Valentine's Day presents from my mom, who still sends gifts now that I'm an adult, as well as Valentine's gifts and cards for my children. I've even received cards and flowers from one of my best gal pals. To me Valentine's Day is a time to show your love for anyone special in your life, whether it be a parent, child, pal, or partner. 1. I agree it's a day to show your love to everyone. That's why we handed out Valentine cards to all the children in class when we were little.
