Easy Easter Dessert Recipe: Pink Peeps Cupcakes

You don't have to have mad cake decorating skills to make these adorable Easter cupcakes. Hell, you can even cheat and use store bought cupcakes for a last-minute holiday dessert. However, if you'd like to make the cupcakes from scratch try this basic white cupcake recipe.

Ingredients
  1. classic white cupcakes
  2. Wilton Color Mist in pink
  3. pink chick marshmallow peeps
  4. white cake frosting
Let cupcakes cool at least 30 min. Use a piping bag to top the cupcakes with a generous mound of icing. For these pink Peeps cupcakes, swap out pink-colored icing for white icing sprayed with the pink color mist. It gives it the perfect bright pop of pink to match the pink Peeps.
