My Favorite Jewelry Trends for Fall

As back-to-school approaches, I can't help but look forward to the Fall season. One of the best things about Fall in my opinion, is the fashion! With tall boots and suede hats to chic satchels and statement jewelry, it's the best time of the year to have fun with accessories. Personally, one of my favorite Autumn accessories, and the easiest way to update an outfit, is jewelry. From a big bold ear cuff to minimal gold necklaces with interesting little pendants, my fashion forecast for Fall this year includes more modern and sleek pieces.

For example, while I tend to love a pair of sparkly statement studs or a larger dangling statement earring, this Fall I see a modern ear cuff being one of the biggest earring trends, and it's definitely one of my favorite jewelry trends! It looks great on its own or paired with some gold hoops, and you can even pair it with a cool ear crawler. These elegant and modern ear cuffs come with sleek built-in tassel earrings. Celebrating the Cherry Blossom

I'm doing a lot of cherry blossom layout this week in celebration of the D.C. cherry blossom festival. Iunfortunately won't make it out to see the beautiful pink and white buds, but thankfully there are many cherry trees blooming here in Frederick as well.

Yesterday I featured a cherry blossom themed Mother's Day gift guide. Today I'm celebrating cherry blossom inspired fashion. From dresses to cherry blossom scarves to jewelry, there is no shortage of beautiful flower-print fashion in gorgeous shades of pink.

    1. Oh boy, for just a weekend, I wouldn't know where to start. There is soooo much to do here. You could swing over to Alexandria to see Mt. Vernon if you love history. If you want to do some major shopping, check out Tyson's Corner. And the cherry blossoms just hit peek bloom, so you definitely want to spend some time in DC. If you have time for just a few museums, definitely the smithsonian natural history and american history museums. The Natural History museum is great because the lines move pretty quickly. If you like modern history, don't miss the Hirshorn in DC. I could go on and on. So much to do here!
