KCL Friday Finds

Happy weekend, guys!! I am super excited to share some new Friday Finds with you! It's a bit of a mix, as we all seem to be anticipating Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all at once now. Though I'm trying my hardest to live in the moment with pumpkins and autumn decor. I know after Halloween, everyone will be all about Christmas, but we should slow down and enjoy the harvest decor up to Thanksgiving, don't you think? As always, there are a few printables in the mix for last-minute decor, as well as some products for my fellow wine lovers, and some more awesome discounts that were created just for you Friday Finds readers!! 🙂🍂 So you know the drill, grab a cup of coffee and sit down for a break, so you can relax and browse these amazing shops.

Easy Three-Ingredient Sparkling Cranberry Cocktail

I love, love, love the taste of vodka with apple juice. I also love the taste of vodka with cranberry juice. It only stood to reason that I needed to get these three ingredients together for a tasty threesome. If you've been in my kitchen, you know that I own very few kitchen gadgets. Give me a spoon and bowl, and I'm good to go. Given my aversion to kitchen tools, I own even fewer bar tools...like zero, unless you can count my zester. So when it comes to my holiday cocktails, well, come to think of it I usually stick with wine or beer. This year however, I wanted to come up with a few easy and affordable cocktails for my cook book. For Christmas I came up with this 3-Ingredient Sparkling Cranberry Cocktail. No tools, no measuring, and no Tom Cruise bottle-twirling skills required.

INGREDIENTS
  • vodka
  • sparkling apple cider
  • cranberry juice

It couldn't be easier to make. You don't need any bar tools to make it, just the glasses you plan to serve it in. Start with the sparkling cider, and fill each glass 2/3 full, then fill the rest with cranberry juice, leaving room for a splash of vodka. Of course you can leave out the vodka for a sparkling cranberry cider mocktail. Garnish with fresh cranberries. Cheers!
