3 Looks for a Summer Wedding

It seems not too long ago when I shared three looks to wear to a spring wedding. But that season has come and gone so quickly, and summer is upon us. Fall Engagement Session in Georgetown in Washington D.C.

It was such a pleasure taking engagement photos for this lovely couple, not only because the bride-to-be has been my best friend for nearly 20 years, but because I barely had to give any direction. They were so natural and so affectionate. Groom-to-be Jay joked "maybe we're actually in love". It's clear to see that they are. They could've kissed and stared at each other all day. The day started in Georgetown along the canal. With the fall foliage still beautifully intact at the time, it was the perfect backdrop.

After Georgetown we headed to the National Mall for some essential D.C. shots around the monuments. I'll share the full gallery here on the blog as well and can't wait to do a beauty session with the bride in her dress!
