25 Halloween Costumes w/Your LBD

The easiest way to create a last-minute or inexpensive Halloween costume is to start with things you already have. I do it every year, because I get so frustrated with how expensive yet poorly-made most Halloween costumes are. The knee-high gladiator sandal trend has officially gone mainstream. It crept into the fashion world a few years ago, largely thanks to the Stuart Weitzman gladiator sandals and all of the style bloggers who wore them. The trend continued to grow when it was seen on the spring runways of Rebecca Minkoff, Giuseppe Zanotti, and Rachel Zoe. Whether knee-high, high-heel, or on short flat sandals, the gladiator trend is huge for spring and summer 2015.

Tall gladiator sandals started out in only designer lines, priced in the hundreds, though they're now available in mid-range collections by Vince Camuto and Steve Madden for around $100, and are even available in affordable faux leather versions for under $50.
