Gift Guide for the Dog Lover

I'm so excited to bring you guys today's holiday gift guide. This one is for all of the #dogmoms out there (and #dogdads). My husband and I have a German Shepherd named Emma (who is currently in a time out for pooping inside...again), but just like our other kids, we still love her. We'd also really love it if she'd quit going potty inside, but that is beside the point. The point is there is no shame in spoiling your sweet fur baby, especially during the holidays!! And while some of these gifts are items for your dog, some are great gift ideas for the dog lover in your life too.

The Dogist 2018 Wall Calendar by Elias Weiss Friedman author of The Dogist, for example, is the perfect Christmas gift for someone who loves dogs.

These super cute Christmas Plaid Dog Collars by Mr. Bow Tie Boutique would be the perfect holiday gift for doggies and dog owners alike! Whether you have family holiday photos coming up, or you simply want your furry friend to look festive for those…

5 Gorgeous Ways to Set Your Summer Table

1. Coral and Gold. That bright orange-red shade is perfect for summer entertaining. It looks great with natural brown tones, but to give it a glamorous spin, pair it with gold elements, like the starburst napkin rings pictured above. Shop the look here.

2. Nautical Glam. Nautical is a popular trend for outdoor entertaining, but it doesn't have to be beachy. Keep the look sophisticated with dark navy and gleaming silver. Crisp white glasses make it modern, and how amazing is that octopus centerpiece? Shop the look here.

3. All-White with Pops of Yellow. An all-white place setting like this one is a fantastic investment if you like to entertain. You can mix it up in so many ways with different accent colors with flowers or candles. For summer, pair it with cheery yellow blooms. Shop the look here.

4. Aqua and Sand. This is one of my favorite shades of blue for summertime. It makes me think or turquoise tropical waters. What better neutral to pair it with than a sandy brown? The wavy straw chargers further add to the beachy feel. Even the modern white vases in the centerpiece play into the theme with their wavy design. Shop the look here.

5. Botanical Garden. As much as I love the colorful, high-glam looks above, this nature-inspired table scape is so amazing. I'm kind of obsessed with succulents lately. Have you noticed them all over Pinterest this year? The large terrariums give the table the look of a carefully curated garden. Despite all of the natural elements, the silver place setting fits in beautifully and keeps the look modern and elegant. Shop the look here.
