A Sparkling Rose` Raspberry Float
This yummy sparkling cocktail is so easy and tastes just as good as it looks. It's perfect for a chic occasion like a bridal shower, but it's so simple, you could make it anytime. This cocktail partly gets its pink color from a sparkling blush wine. I used a Beringer sparkling white zinfandel, but you could use any pink sparkling Rose`.
- sparkling blush wine
- raspberry sorbet
- lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Place two small scoops of sorbet into each champagne flute, then fill each glass halfway with the lemonade and stir until combined, then slowly fill the rest with the wine. You can adjust the proportions to make it stronger or weaker if you like. For a special event, garnish with lemon slices and serve with these pretty pink paper straws.
