Easy DIY Halloween Party Favors

There are so many cute Halloween party favor ideas floating about the web, like the witch's broom goodie bags for example, though they do require some DIY experience. These tin-tie bakery bags are the perfect size for a Halloween goodie bag, and they require no crafting skills. I love howthe favor bags I made them with are cute enough for kids but still nice enough for the grown-ups as well. All you need are the bakery bags, ribbon, and 3D Halloween stickers from the craft store. You can use the smaller bag pictured above or a larger bakery bag with a window display. I like to fill the larger ones with treats to give out as holiday presents to neighbors and teachers.

Simply fill the bags with a Halloween treat (homemade or store-bought), close them up and tie them off with ribbon, then affix a sticker to each bag. These are food-grade bags, so they're perfect to fill with homemade fall treats like popcorn, kettle corn, or Halloween chocolates. Try my DIY gourmet popcorn

The Daily Find: Bauble Bar Jiff + Friends Collection

Bauble Bar is one of my favorite websites for fashion jewelry. As the name suggests, they have baubles - big shiny statement pieces and some classic jewelry as well. Every so often Bauble Bar hosts a "guest bartender" who essentially designs a capsule collection for them. Previous guest bartenders have included model Coco Rocha, blogger Courtney Kerr, and actress Emma Roberts. This month they have the cutest guest by far - Jiff (and friends). Jiff, as you may have guessed, is one of the adorable little doggies pictured above, and he's the official Guest "Bark" Tender for the holiday season. Hey, I didn't make up that disgustingly adorable pun. You can blame that one on Bauble Bar. The guest collection includes dog tags and collars worthy of the most fashionable dog. What I totally love about the blinged-out collars is they come in sizes for larger dogs as well. I have a big German Shepherd, and it can be a challenge to find pretty accessories in her size. The items in the collection are a little pricey with pieces ranging from $18 to $48, but to my fellow weirdos who love to treat their pets like humans, and considering how pretty these collars are, the prices are quite reasonable.
