Trending: Coated Skinny Jeans

I recently talked about my favorite denim trend for fall - traditional skinny jeans. But as the fall denim guides come out, I'm reminded of a few more favorites, like boyfriend jeans and coated denim. Ken and I recently saw some coated skinnies at Target, so it looks like the trend will be widely available this year and at various price points. Image via Amazon Fashion

Trending: The Cold Shoulder

From blouses to dresses and rompers to swim cover-ups, an open-cut shoulder or "cold shoulder" as the fashion world has officially labeled it, is super trendy for 2015. I think it's great. Anything that shows a bit of unexpected skin without being too overtly revealing is just the right amount of sexy. For 2015, the open-shoulder trend is mostly seen on loose-fitting boho tops, perfect for spring and summer. Though some of the cold-shoulder dresses come in body-con dresses as well. Personally, I want one of the tops or the shift dress. The ones with spaghetti straps and ruffle sleeves look so feminine. I definitely need to get at least one this season. As you can see in the pics, a cold-shoulder top or dress goes well with a long, layered pendant necklace, also trending for spring and summer. pictured: Asos Cold Shoulder Peasan Top
