Editor's Picks: Easter Table Decor

I make an Easter dinner every year, and I love to decorate for the holiday, and I tend to incorporate baskets whenever possible. It's an Easter essential after all. Get one that is a bit more sophisticated than a grocery-store basket, and fill it with beautiful decorative eggs or yummy adult-worthy chocolate bunnies from Godiva or Lindt for a festive centerpiece. How cute is the bunny plate stand? It's all you need to add a festive touch to your Easter table. Pair it with fresh flowers and some spring desserts to complete the look.

Chalkboard entertaining items are super trendy. Incorporate this fun and modern look into your Easter brunch with these chalkboard eggs. Use them as buffet labels or on each place setting as a festive Easter-themed name card. Pictured: Pier 1 set of Six Chalkboard Easter Eggs

For an impressive Easter centerpiece, arrange artificial branches (or real branches if you live in the country, of course) in a vase in the center of your table or on a buffet and decorate it with hanging egg ornaments. I prefer the idea of using branches instead of an Easter-themed tree, because after the holiday has passed, you can still use the pretty spring branches on your table once you've take the ornaments off.
