Blogger Style: NYFW Fall 2018

NYFW has come and gone, though the beautiful street style looks continue to grace my Instagram feed, and I am loving it! I don't know how these bloggers do it...running from show to show, and add to that the parties, sponsor events, fittings, and meetings. Yet they still have time to churn out content for readers as well. Anyone who thinks blogging isn't a job knows absolutely nothing about blogging! These ladies are so inspiring, not just with their killer style, but with their self-made and much earned successes. Here are just a few of my faves and a snippet of the top looks from the concrete runway. Enjoy!

Aimee Song from Song of Style is my all-time fave. She has the best fashion week videos, and as you can see, is just so cool. I love that her style is always inspirational yet relatable. Song incorporates unique trends and top brands but styles them in a way that isn't too out there. She often has the most exquisite accessory details, as you can also see above, and i…

Most-Wanted Spring Satchels Under $100

Mind you the bucket bag is the hottest and most coveted handbag for spring 2015. But just like a classic riding boot is always in for fall, a feminine structured satchel is always in for spring. This season the pastels are trendy as usual, but the top colors have taken on a more divisive look. On the one hand we have very light pastels in shades of blush, nude, grey, and light blue. While on the other hand we have bright bold shades of neon yellow and hot pink. And for spring 2015, it's all about the crossbody mini satchel. (Pictured above: New Look Marni Mini Satchel via ASOS)  I for one love the hot pink and neon colors, because they transition easily into summer. Though a light grey or nude bag could transition into fall and winter. Really it's about which one goes best with your wardrobe - whichever one you'll get the most use out of. Whether you go with a mini or a traditional satchel, you'll notice common trends like luggage locks, floral cutouts, and tassels. Here are my top picks for spring satchels under $100. You can shop the bags below or browse more spring satchels here >>

  1. For years, I bought all of my shoes and bags in one color--black--because I traveled a great deal and black goes with everything. Now, I find I like more variety. I love the metallics and the bold colors, but not too fond of pastels.

    1. I love metallics too. That's usually what I travel with.
