Blueberry-Lime Sangria

I'm pretty obsessed with sangria wine lately. I've never made sangria 100% from scratch. Too many ingredients. I know, I'm lazy. When you live in a place that can only sell wine and beer at the grocery store, you tend to stick to wine and beer. I stumbled upon this Madria bottled sangria wine after I moved to Texas last year, and I love it! I used it to make this spiced apple cider sangria last fall, and now this blueberry lime sangria that is perfect for spring and summer. If they don't sell it in your area, simply use any kind of bottled red sangria wine. Here is a great list of the top ready-to-drink sangrias. Of course Madria is on the list.

INGREDIENTS
*makes one pitcher - serves about 4 people
  • one regular bottle of Sangria wine
  • one liter lemon-lime soda
  • four limes cut into wedges
  • three cups frozen blueberries
Pour the wine and soda into a glass or clear pitcher, add the fruit and stir, then let it chill in the fridge overnight before serving.
