25 Halloween Costumes w/Your LBD

The easiest way to create a last-minute or inexpensive Halloween costume is to start with things you already have. I do it every year, because I get so frustrated with how expensive yet poorly-made most Halloween costumes are. I'd rather use what is already in my closet, or spend a little extra on accessories or a new dress that I can wear anytime of the year. A little black dress is the easiest way to use what you have to create a Halloween costume with a few inexpensive accessories and other accessories you probably already have in your closet.Pictured Above: Halloween Black Mesh Dress

1. Black Cat - This is the easiest way to use your little black dress on Halloween. I know it's pretty much the most generic costume in history, but for good reason - it's just so easy and affordable. It's the perfect last-minute costume for women, because you could really use any black outfit even if you don't have a little black dress. Pair it with your black flats or heels and a…

Olivia Palermo for Bauble Bar

With several stylish collaborations including fashion blogger Courtney Kerr and model Alessandra Ambrosio, Bauble Bar has picked another chic guest bartender for the season - model, blogger, and style-setter Olivia Palermo. With a guest spot as this year's Ciate London Creative Director, Palermo has already had her hand in the design aspect of fashion and beauty.

The leading fashion jewelry brand has teamed up with Palermo to bring a collection that reflects her trendy yet sophisticated style. With pieces like the North Star Brooch Set, and my favorite, the Occult Collar quartz crystal necklace, the collection gives off an enchanted feel that is perfect for the season. Nature-inspired pieces like the Queenbee cuff (pictured below) and the floral Anderson collar necklace are presented in a sleek and elegant way.

It makes me think of a beautiful library in a large home - the kind with a comfy leather seat (perhaps with a fur throw draped over the edge) and old world furniture, accented with a gleaming chandelier.

These are a few of my picks from the collection. Prices range from under $40 for the statement earrings and cuffs to anywhere from $52 to $78 for the necklaces. You can see all of the pieces and shop or pre-order them here. With a wait list for several items, it's already looking to be the most coveted bauble Bar collaboration to date.
