KCL Friday Finds

Welcome to KCL Friday Finds! Grab a cup of coffee and get ready for some shopping fun! This weekend I’m all about treating myself to an at-home mani for selfcare Sunday and getting that glow with a new skincare routine.

I’m so happy to be using Oh It’s Natural again! Their products are all-natural with simple ingredients, so they're perfect for sensitive skin or for people like me who have a lot of allergies. This 3-Step Complete Hemp Skincare Regimen includes a cleanser, face oil, and sugar scrub. The Hemp All Over face oil can be used as an oil cleanser and makeup remover as well as a moisturizer.

Made with hemp seed oil, sunflower oil, and Vitamin E oil; it’s such a hydrating and nourishing oil. More so than most facial oils I’ve tried, this one really helps to even my skin tone and gives my skin a healthy glow. Hemp seed oil ranks zero on the comedogenic scale, so it’s perfect for all skin types. If you’ve been wanting to try a face oil but have been hesitant, I high…

The Top Wedding Dress Trends for Spring 2016

The fashion shows this year debuted the spring and summer collections for next season, and with them, the looks that will dominate not only the fashion scene, but the top bridal trends for 2016 as well. Pictured: Milano Bride Bateau Long Sleeves Sheath Lace Beach Wedding Dress

Whether it's sleek and sheer, or beautifully detailed lace, an illusion bodice is a huge wedding dress trend for 2016. The look is so feminine with a sweetheart neckline, and the long sleeves and all-over lace make it the perfect dress for a formal spring wedding.

The vintage-inspired trend is still going strong both in bridal fashion and reception decor. From intricately beaded dresses, vintage lace, and tea length dresses; there are plenty of different vintage-inspired wedding gowns to pick from. For vintage with a modern spin, go with a sexy strapless tea length dress. Pictured: Milamira Bridal Luna Gown

A lot of brides are opting for knee-length wedding dresses or less-formal evening gowns; and there were even some bridal pant suits on the runways this year. This doesn't necessarily mean the trend is for the wedding ceremony. With the rise in boutique bridal photographers, stylish brides are picking out additional wedding looks for their receptions.

While smaller ruffles aren't a big trend in wedding gowns next season, we're going to see a lot of tiered organza skirts on ball-gown type wedding dresses. It's a light and airy version of the ballgown that is perfect for a spring or summer wedding if you're looking for a princess-style dress. The sheer skirt trend is something people tend to love or hate. It came back on the scene several years ago at a few awards shows then completely exploded when Kim K and Beyonce both wore the trend to the Met Gala. As for a wedding dress, this trend is best reserved for a beach wedding. Pictured Above: A-Line/Princess Sleeveless V-neck Lace Court Train Wedding Dress

3D flower applique is perhaps one of the biggest bridal trends for spring 2016, as it was seen both in the new bridal collections as well as on the spring/summer 2016 runway shows. Other bridal trends for next spring include feather details, plunging necklines, and high slits. And despite the recent rise in two-piece dresses and modern fashion, for bridal gowns in 2016, it's all about the feminine and romantic details, just as it should be.
