My Best Desserts for Spring Entertaining

I'm still in a bit of shock over how quickly Easter has come this year. I'm still catching up on the first day of spring here on the blog, switching everything over for the new season. I will no doubt be making a last-minute trip to the stop this weekend for Easter baskets and a ham. Whether you plan to make a big Easter dinner, or simply want to lighten up your desserts for the new season, here are my favorite recipes and roundups for Spring.

The strawberry-wine layer cake pictured above is by far one of the best (and prettiest) cakes I've ever made for the blog. And I promise, it's actually quite easy to decorate.

These beautiful blueberry-lemon puff pastry bites are a light and delicious dessert you can make anytime during spring. And you can easily mix up the recipe. For example, instead of lemon with fresh blueberries, you could pair vanilla pudding with fresh raspberries.
