KCL Friday Finds

Welcome to KCL Friday Finds! Today's shopping guide is full of affordable beauty-themed stocking stuffers. Don't get me wrong, I love to get candy and chocolates in my stocking, but I also love other gifts, like a cute new pair of socks and especially little beauty products.

A beauty stocking stuffer doesn't have to cost a lot. Between individual sheets masks and bath bombs  to lip balm and nail polish, you can find so many great options under $10. Several options below are even under $5.

The most universal of stocking stuffers, aside from candy, is lip balm. When given as a gift, go with something more luxurious than a Cherry Chapstick from the grocery store. My favorite lip balms at Bua Organics are all-natural and organic and come in options like Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, and Jojoba Oil. For a moisturizing lip balm with the addition of a fun scent, try Einstein Bath Co., for flavors like Sangria, Marshmallow, and Pink Frosting.

A wonderful way to give a luxury beauty…

The Daily Find: ASOS Wiggle Dress with Split Front

I had to go with green for today's pick, as it's St. Patrick's Day. Are you wearing green? Or are you giving the classic I'm wearing green underwear excuse? I believe I currently only have one green piece of clothing in my entire wardrobe. It is such a beautiful color though, and very flattering in the emerald-green shade; I really should shop for more tops and dresses in green. Pictured: ASOS Wiggle Dress with Split Front

This ASOS Wiggle dress in "pepper green" is perfect for spring and summer wedding season, not to mention all the bridal and baby showers you may need to attend. It's a great alternative for spring if you want to wear something other than florals and pastels. And the more I look at it, it's really a very versatile dress. The color can work for spring, but the material and cut could work during fall and winter as well, especially with some gorgeous gold accessories.

I'd say this emerald green looks great on just about any complexion. What do you think?

  1. Suitably green! I'm wearing a green T-shirt today, and my scarf has green among its colours.
