Easy Everyday Contouring and Highlighting

Contouring and highlighting has been a huge makeup trend in recent years, and with good reason - you can use concealer to achieve more defined cheek bones, to make your lips look bigger, and my personal favorite - to hide a double chin. And despite all of the intricate tutorials out there, I want to show you that it can actually be quick an easy!

The first trick is to start with the right concealer shades. First, let’s get one thing straight: when I say highlighter, I do not mean the super light and shimmery highlighter that should only be reserved for above the cheekbones. I’ve seen all too many makeup vloggers apply that all over, from the forehead to the tip of the nose, to the cupid’s bow and the chin. The Daily Find: Pier 1 Scalloped Clip Frame

Upon getting a new place with my fiance this month, I've spent a fair amount of time at craft and home goods stores, looking for inspiration and the perfect accents to place here and there. One of my favorite things to decorate with are memories. Home is a place to escape the world and enjoy the people we love most and the memories that bring us joy. Something I've spotted at all of these home stores lately are clip board and clothes pin photo frames. They come literally in clip-board form and also in the form of rustic frames filled with string or wire and mini clothes pins. As I saw mini clothespins sold separately at the craft store (and the hefty price tag on some of these frames), I thought that I just might try this as a DIY project...maybe. Or I'll just be lazy and buy one.

My fiance and I love to collect mementos from out dates, items like movie ticket stubs, and what a great way to display them alongside our pictures. This would also make for a cool way to display notes and inspo in a home office. What would you display on one of these clip frames?
