The Benefits of Jade Rolling

Today on KCL Beauty we're talking all about the jade roller! This skincare tool has become so popular lately that I just had to try it out for myself. While this particular roller by Sana Vie Beauty will be on the next KCL Beauty Edit, today's blog and vlog are all about the tool in general - how to use it and how your skin can greatly benefit from incorporating it into your beauty routine.

Jade stone in particular has been used to ward off negativity and bring harmony. You can read more on that here - Jade Meaning & Healing Properties. Personally, I'm very excited about the recent trend of holistic health combined with beauty. Though whether or not you're getting into that trend, the jade facial roller can still enhance your skincare routine for several proven reasons. See my full how-to and tips in the video below.

If you do want to go ahead and try jade rolling for yourself, you can currently get this Sana Vie roller for just $9.99. That is a pretty great price…

Blue + Modern

I love to get inspiration when Ken and I go shopping. Places like Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, and West Elm are places we both love to explore. Their displays are always so beautiful. I honestly get excited to visit these stores with each new season, to see how they've updated their accessories and table settings.

The West Elm shop is the place to be for modern and minimal decor. Earlier this spring, their in-store displays were all about blue, a color I will always incorporate into my home decor. I loved their hanging installations that were of course for display only. But they also had beautiful and modern pieces for sale; like their navy and white rugs, blue sofa, and rows of beautiful blue glass jars. The shades of blue were perfectly paired with wooden pieces and casual white accessories.

I have to say, it is a bit too modern to fit into my home, but I do love how it looks. Shades of blue will always have a place in my home decor. I really like the natural-looking fabrics, and would buy all of those blue glass jars in a heart beat. What do you think of the look?

  8. I'd definitely buy all those blue jars too. Although I have no idea what I'd actually do with them... but that's the case with a lot of the home decor stuff I buy... lol.
