3 Looks for a Summer Wedding

It seems not too long ago when I shared three looks to wear to a spring wedding. But that season has come and gone so quickly, and summer is upon us. And it is the biggest season of the year for weddings, so chances are you have a few invites and may be wondering what to wear. It's pretty easy to figure out summer wedding attire if you keep the location in mind.

Of course you have the invite to start with as well. It should say "Black Tie Attire" or "Black Tie Optional" or perhaps something like "Formal Beach Attire," and it will have the ceremony time. Generally indoor evening weddings call for more formal attire than outdoor afternoon weddings.

For an indoor wedding, no matter what time of year, you can never go wrong with a Black Formal Dresses. My Spring Decor Picks

Spring is a wonderful time to freshen up a space with some pretty accessories. You can update your home for spring with just a few simple touches. I love to use spring candles and fresh bouquets. Though I also use artificial flowers sometimes. As much as I love to decorate with flowers, the vases I use are just as important. For artificial bouquets, I don't like the stems to show, so I use alternative vases, like the watering can pictured above. Browse more here >.

These birdcage wall hooks are perfect for spring, though they're neutral enough to use all year long. You can use these as decorative coat hooks. I've used similar hooks in my daughters' bedroom to hold their hair bands, scarves, and belts. Currently we've got some floral hooks lined up in their bathroom for towels.

Candles are a no-brainer. They're the most easy and affordable update when it comes to home accessories. For spring I love thesecolorful Hanging Tealight Glass Candle Holders. You can hang them from an arrangement of branches, or cluster them with flowers for a beautiful Spring centerpiece.

Wreaths aren't just for the holidays. A colorful floral wreath is perfect for spring. Invest in a high-quality artificial one you can use year after year like the pretty silk floral wreath pictured above.

For fresh blooms I love a good glass or crystal vase. I like how this Clear Ella Square Glass Bottle Set looks. It's perfect for a spring mantle or a centerpiece.
