KCL Friday Finds

Happy weekend!! I've got another round up of beautiful home decor items for you guys today. It hasn't been intentional, it just so happens that the Friday Finds participants have all been home decor shops lately, and I'm loving it! With Spring coming up soon, it's the perfect time to spruce things up around the house and update your decor for the new season. Pictured: Geometric Pineapple Jewelry Holder/Home Accessory

First up is something we could all use more of in our homes - hygge by Snygge Home (pronounced snoo-gue). Snygge is a play on the danish word hygge that I'm sure you've heard of by now...or at least seen and thought what is hygge anyway? Hygge is "a quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being." You can read more about it on Hygge Home.

At Snygge Home, owner Alice and her boyfriend Jack create hygge-inspired homeware, gifts, and event decorations using 3D printing. And like most E…

KCL Friday Finds

Happy Friday, guys!! Who is ready for the weekend? Let me tell you, it's been one of those weeks here in the Clifton home when everyday it's been something. From botched deliveries (from, to relentless migraines, to technical difficulties while filming videos. But at last, the chaos has come to a close for now, and we can do much more fun and relaxing things - like shopping! So grab a cup of coffee, kick back, and relax with this week's Friday Finds. The shops featured today are all about home decor. Enjoy!

As you can see, Luxe Lumber Company creates modern farmhouse style home goods. Their handcrafted wooden furniture fits in perfectly with both modern and traditional farmhouse style. They've got some really great farmhouse tables and a rustic modern bar cart I'd absolutely love!

The accessories at Luxe Lumber range from wooden sings and decorative trays to wine racks and the lovely bathtub tray pictured above. Though my favorite piece is this "Please Remove Your Louboutins" Mat. Luxe Lumber has several designs available in the Coconut Coir Doormats. To see all of their available farmhouse goods for the home, shop here!

In keeping with the modern farmhouse trend today, I'm excited to share this next shop with you guys. In the Pines Co. specializes in handcrafted chalkboards, wooden signs, and chalkboard art. If you've been wanting to add a chalkboard piece to your home, this is the place to get one! You can order a one of a kind custom piece, or you can get a beautifully framed rustic chalkboard that is blank, so you can write on it yourself and update it with the changing seasons and holidays.

I do still love the rustic wooden sign trend as well. My favorite sign at In the Pines Co. is this Coffee and Tea Hand-Painted Sign. Be sure to check out all of the signs available, as well as some unique wooden shelves; and you can see all of the chalkboards and chalkboard art right here >.

Another big trend in home decor this year has been pottery, and I think it goes beautifully with the modern farmhouse trend! At Molding Hands Ceramics you can find unique handmade pottery including dinnerware and home accessories. Pictured: Zebra Pattern Dip Bowl, set of four

The owner and artist at Molding Hands Ceramics believes that beautiful items should be used in order to bring joy and pleasure, and she finds inspiration from a place that brings her both - South Africa. "I love the intricacies of nature...on a recent visit to South Africa I was reminded again of why I love zebras so much...each zebra's patterns are unique like a fingerprint. The Zebra range in our online store is hand-painted individually with unique patterns just as in the wild."

A bit more modern than farmhouse, the new RIVET home collection at Amazon is something I've previously featured here on the blog and wanted to share again. Everything in the collection is so versatile and on-trend. They have everything from large pieces of furniture to rugs and accent pieces to smaller accessories like throw pillows and table lamps. While the overall look is a bit industrial and transitional, there are touches of both boho-chic and modern metallics. My absolute favorite piece in the collection is this Black on White Blueprint of 1899 Typewriter.

I hope you thoroughly enjoyed Friday Finds this week, and I hope you all have a most wonderful weekend! Take some time to yourself to relax and unwind, and enjoy some time with loved ones. And of course enjoy some shopping! You can browse all of the shops below.
