KCL Friday Finds

Welcome to another Friday Finds! Can you guys believe it's the weekend before Thanksgiving?! Time has been flying by since we moved into our new home, and I'm miraculously keeping up with all of the PR samples and promos and photography. At KCL we've also passed 5K followers on Insta and have a huge giveaway featuring some of my favorite things...over $500 worth of faves (including this gorgeous red nail polish)! You can enter to win here >.

Next week's finds will be Black Friday deals, so there won't be the usual small shops featured, but that is to make way for my big Holiday Gift Guide that will be posted on Small Business Saturday! On today's finds, you get a sneak peek at one of the gift guide picks as well as some self-care bath and body goodies and some adorable ornaments to help you kick off your holiday decor. Enjoy!

KCL Big Fall Beauty Edit

Welcome! The monthly KCL beauty edit for October is the big Fall Beauty Edit, and I'm so excited to share these seasonal beauty picks with you! From chakra essential oil rollers to the most beautiful and bold liquid lipsticks, you'll find much more than just pumpkin spice on this Fall beauty guide (though of course there is a little pumpkin spice!).

I don't know about you guys, but this is my favorite time of the year when it comes to beauty and fashion. Fabrics are cozy, and the colors are more dark and more rich. Darker sexy shades as well as bold jewel tones and shimmery metallics dominate in beauty as much as they do in fashion. And the warm comforting spices in Autumn cooking have made their way into all sorts of skincare and bodycare. Whether you need some Fall gift ideas or simple want to switch up your beauty routine for the season, you'll find everything you could want below. Enjoy!

One of the makeup trends I'm most excited about year after year is Fall nail polish. I always prefer darker nail polish in classic shades of red or purple, and those are always on trend during the colder months. While I did love some of the fun Summer shades by Meraki Nature's Cosmetics, I was absolutely thrilled to try some of the new nail colors in their Fall 2018 collection. From a rich dark maroon nail polish that is perfect for Halloween, to the prettiest mauve, and a classic red nail color with warm undertones; this collection is full of my favorite shades.

Also in this seasonal collection is a dark olive green nail polish with gold flecks, a beautiful new nude nail polish, and a warm golden shade called Autumn Scent. All of the nail polish at Meraki Nature's Cosmetics are cruelty-free, 7-free, and vegan-friendly; and they carry a number of high quality natural nail care products, so you will definitely want to shop around on their site. What are your favorite nail polish colors for Fall? Let me know in the comments below!

Another makeup item I love to update for Fall is my lipstick. And just like with nail polish, I love classic reds and rich plums the most when it comes to lip colors. I was quite thrilled when my Puckerd Cosmetics package arrived, as it included both a bold berry-red lipstick called Cherry and a bright purple lip color called Sugar Beet. They could not have been more perfect for my Fall lipstick update. With a velvety matte finish, these liquid matte lipsticks are perfect for the season.

Though if you prefer a glossy finish, as I do, you can pair these matte lipsticks with one of the Puckerd lip glosses. Their liquid mattes are paraben-free and sulfite-free, so they won't dry out your lips, but if you need some extra moisture, the Puckerd Hydra-Gloss is an anti-aging and moisturizing lip gloss that will leave your lips looking smoother and healthier with a glossy shine that is not at all sticky. Meanwhile the Puckerd Galactic Gloss offers a beautiful high shine with the added benefit of lip plumping. They offer Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more, and currently have three different lipstick gift packages available. With the holidays coming soon, it's the perfect time to stock up!

My last top picks in Fall makeup today are by Beauty Professional. From the perfect highlighter to a must-have eyeshadow palette for Fall, and gift-worthy makeup brush sets; they've got you covered from now through the holidays. Pair any one of their professional-grade makeup palettes with this Limited Edition Luxe Cosmetics Brush Collection. It comes with the cutest kabuki brush, a jeweled mirror compact, and a glam gold cosmetics pouch that can double as a chic holiday clutch.

Their all-over highlighter palette, which you can use on the cheeks and the eyes, is perfect for a quick on-the-go beauty look. Pack it during your holiday travels for an easy all-in-one palette. For the perfect (and I truly do mean the perfect) fall eyeshadow palette, you can't go wrong with the Beauty Professional Smoky Nudes Eyeshadow Palette. First, it looks much bigger in person, so it is well worth the price. Second, it has everything in it to create a neutral daytime look, a cute weekend look, or a sexy glam evening look. The varying finishes in sheer, medium, and rich mattes as well as the light, mid, and sparkling shimmer shades offer an extremely versatile palette with numerous possibilities. You can see two quick and easy fall makeup tutorials using this palette and highlighter on KCL on IGTV. Shop now to get in on their Free Gift With Purchase sale. With any purchase at Beauty Professional, you'll get a free eyeshadow primer!

Moving on to skincare, I'm very excited to share this next brand for Fall. You may have already seen Green Envee on KCL Friday Finds. They are an organic body care, skin care and aromatherapy company that creates products for the mind, body, soul, and environment. Their products are always cruelty-free and non-toxic.

While they have a very wide variety of natural bodycare products, facial care, allergen-free bodycare for kids, and a number of aromatherapy products; I had the pleasure of testing their Pumpkin Glycolic Peel. Our complexions can get dull in the colder months, and skin can get extra dry and even flaky. It's important to eliminate dead skin and encourage cell turnover. Packed with antioxidant-rich pumpkin and the stimulating glycolic action of Bilberry and Clove, this pumpkin peel helps to fight dull aging skin and can help to lighten any age spots for a younger, brighter complexion. I love a peel for gentle exfoliation, as it's something that can be used on all skin types. Be sure to browse around at Green Envee. They currently have three promotions going on; including Free Shipping on Retail Orders of $50 or more, $5 Flat-Rate Shipping, and 3 Free Samples with purchase!

For 100% hand-crafted and natural beauty care, I was happy to review Emanate Essentials. They offer all-natural small batch products in facial care, body care, hair care, and fragrances. In addition to perfume rollers and body mists, they also carry home fragrances in the form of diffusers, sprays, and beeswax scented candles. Some extra goodies I got from Emanate Essentials included their all-natural hand sanitizer and their pumpkin spice candle, both of which are perfect for the season.

The other item I got to try from Emanate Essentials was their crystal body soap, which comes in several new scents for Fall. I'm loving the Sweet Orange and Chai, though it's available in other scents like Coffee, Rosemary and Lemon, Lemonbark, Lime and Cedar, and more. You can customize any soap with exfoliating sugar or chia seeds. For a beautiful gift-worthy option, try their Luffa Luv Natural Soap. You'll want to stock up on the Emanate Essentials natural hand sanitizers too, because they're currently on sale for buy 2 and get 1 free with code: CLEANUP.

For dry winter skin, you really need to switch from a lotion to a heavier cream, especially when it comes to bodycare. This year I've found the most incredibly moisturizing body butter that you guys just have to try. I've featured Arcadian Winds Beauty several times already, including on Friday Finds and on a review of their all-natural deodorant. Everything at Arcadian Winds is small-batch handcrafted, created and formulated by a veteran Esthetician, which truly shows in the quality of everything they make.

I was so very happy to test out their new seasonal body butter. The Nourish Indulge for Body is a super thick and rich body cream that is surprisingly not at all greasy. Loaded with rich butters and oils, this is truly one of the best moisturizing body creams I've tried. This seasonal limited-edition body butter has a warm chocolate spice scent. To me it's perfectly subtle and smells like real cocoa with a hint of cinnamon. You can purchase this cream individually in a large tub, or you can get it in the new Arcadian Winds Ample Sample Pack, which comes with a sample size of this body butter in addition to four of their best facial care products.

Fragrance is another beauty item to update with the changing of seasons, and this Fall I encourage you to incorporate aromatherapy if you've yet to try essential oils. To me a large part of personal care has a lot to do with mood and energy. As we've moved into a time when healing crystals, essential oils, and smudge sticks are extremely trendy; ADORatherapy is leading the way with the most intricate essential oil blends and the prettiest packaging. I really love their trendy Gal on the Go Mood Boost Collection, as well as their Room Boost essential oil home fragrance sprays.

Though what I'm personally trying out this Fall is their new Chakra Spice Collection. It has a different scent for specific needs, and each scent comes with its own positive saying. Think of it as aromatherapy meets perfume meets guided meditation. Lately my favorite scent is Motivation, made with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and rosemary and with the motivational quote "I am empowered in all my experiences." You can purchase these unisex roll-on scents individually or in this essential oil roller gift set. Either way, each fragrance comes in a beautiful little box. With the holidays coming up, you'll want to check out all of their gift sets.

Last but certainly not least on the big Fall Beauty Edit here at Krisztina Clifton Living is Lisa32 Skin Care, where you can get highly-effective organic beauty care, including remedial products like a sinus soother essential oil blend and a very effective pain-relieving gel. But what I really want to share with you from Lisa32 Skin Care on the beauty edit is a few of their seasonal bodycare products.

With scents like Autumn Apple, Cranberry Fig, and Coconut Pumpkin Latte; this is the place to get your Fall fragrance fix! From their super-moisturizing lip balm to an exfoliating sugar scrub, you can mix and match all of your favorite Autumn scents. I've definitely got my eyes on all of the cranberry-scented products, but for now I'm really loving the Pumpkin Cheesecake Lip Butter and the Autumn Apple Body Scrub. I definitely prefer my body scrubs on the oily side, as the sugar works to scrub away dead skin, and the oils leave behind a lasting moisture. Made with an ample amount of four different natural oils, this is my kind of sugar scrub! You can stock up here too, as they also offer Free Shipping on orders over $50.

Thanks again for stopping by the big Fall Beauty Edit. You can shop each featured product and browse all of the shops with the links below. Leave me a quick comment before you go, and as always, happy shopping!
