KCL Friday Finds

Happy weekend, and welcome to Friday Finds! Today it's all about holiday hostess gifts. It about the time when you may have several seasonal parties and functions to attend, and you should never show up empty-handed. The best hostess gift should be something just for the hostess that he or she can use at a later time, either for entertaining or just for themselves. Just because you may have been assigned a side dish or drinks, you should still being along a special hostess gift.

A hostess gift doesn't need to cost a lot. They can range anywhere from $10-$25, and really should be on average $20. There are so many appropriate options in this price range - anything from a set of tea towels to a cookbook, or something gourmet, or even a little bath and body gift. If you need a hostess gift for a party or dinner this holiday season, you can't go wrong with one of the picks below.

This first one is my favorite, because it's a versatile multi-use item, and it's so chic. …

KCL Friday Finds

Happy weekend and welcome to another Friday Finds here at KCL! I don't know about you guys, but we have actually been able to use our heater this week. I'm so excited that sweater weather is finally here! It's time to cozy up with some hot cocoa and watch my favorite scary movies. My husband and I love Halloween, and we love to relax at home with a good movie or show. Several new scary shows are streaming as of today, so we will definitely be staying in and watching Netflix. Whether you're staying in or going out, enjoy your weekend, and enjoy these incredible seasonal picks. Happy shopping!

At AfterHours Decals & More they carry gifts and home goods like candles and personalized wedding gifts, but with Halloween coming up, I really wanted to share their seasonal Autumn-themed decor with you. Among my favorites are their Halloween door decals (pictured above) and their set of witch pun Halloween stemless wine glasses.

I prefer the ready-made set, but if you're a DIYer or would like to turn your favorite drink ware into a Halloween glass, tumbler, or mug; you can create your own with their customized Witch Please Halloween decal. For a festive coffee mug, or even a crock pot, I really love this Witch's Brew decal. Which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments below, and shop now through 10/17 to receive 15% OFF!

I've got another great Halloween sale to share with you today, for 10% OFF at Food 4 Thought Apparel. Dominique at Food 4 Thought is new to Etsy, so let's give her a nice big welcome! She sells the cutest tees for kids and adults, and she has plenty of seasonal tees to pick from.

There are several pumpkin spice and Halloween T-shirts, and my top picks include this pumpkin spice tee and this cute Trick or Treat tee. Come November, you can shop their Thanksgiving themed designs, like this Thankful for Pumpkin Pie tee. Whichever one is your fave, use coupon code CLIFTON10 for 10% OFF your order!

In beauty this week, I have another great pumpkin spice product to share with you. At Your Goddess Glow you'll find fragrances for the home, body, and more. What really caught my attention on their Instagram was their new body scrub Fall Collection, which naturally includes a Pumpkin Spice sugar scrub. Other scents in the fall collection include Caramel Appletini, Cherry Wine, Brown Sugar & Cinnamon, White Wine Sangria, and Sweet Almond Vanilla.

One of the things I love most about indie brands is the customization. At Your Goddess Glow, you can DM their Instagram to request a mix-and-match custom Fall scent combination! Which scents would you pick? I'm thinking Pumpkin Spice, Appletini, and Brown Sugar & Cinnamon!

You can shop all of this week's picks with the links below. Leave me a comment before you go, and have a wonderful Autumn weekend!

  1. I've already had the heat on at home here and there. Most nights it's become too cool to not have it on.

  2. The Your Goddess Glow looks really cool, I'd love to try that. The colors are so fun too. Thanks for sharing dear!
