25 Halloween Costumes w/Your LBD

The easiest way to create a last-minute or inexpensive Halloween costume is to start with things you already have. I do it every year, because I get so frustrated with how expensive yet poorly-made most Halloween costumes are. I'd rather use what is already in my closet, or spend a little extra on accessories or a new dress that I can wear anytime of the year. A little black dress is the easiest way to use what you have to create a Halloween costume with a few inexpensive accessories and other accessories you probably already have in your closet.Pictured Above: Halloween Black Mesh Dress

1. Black Cat - This is the easiest way to use your little black dress on Halloween. I know it's pretty much the most generic costume in history, but for good reason - it's just so easy and affordable. It's the perfect last-minute costume for women, because you could really use any black outfit even if you don't have a little black dress. Pair it with your black flats or heels and a…

KCL Friday Finds

Welcome to Friday Finds! I hope you had a wonderful Halloween! Ken and I had a lot of fun handing out candy in our new neighborhood. It was last-minute for us, as we had just moved into our house a few weeks ago, but it was still so much fun. Next year, we'll be the house on the block with the fog machine and a full-on pumpkin patch!

Now, who is ready for Christmas?? I know it's sparking quite a controversy on Insta...some want to wait until after Thanksgiving, while others are skipping straight to Christmas. I say, why choose? We love Thanksgiving, but I also like to enjoy the beautiful Christmas season as long as possible. Whichever you prefer, I've got a bit of both today - from a few holiday gift ideas to some festive harvest decor. Enjoy!

First up, we have a shop called Nerd Bird Creations Co., where you can get "fun and nerdy" soy candles and wax melts, including seasonal options, that are perfect for a hostess or holiday gift. From the fun video game themed candles to their Star Wars candles and their new holiday scents, there are so many options. For a fool-proof holiday hostess gift, try something more traditional like this Sweater Weather Soy Candle. With notes of Sandalwood, amber and musk combined with soft woods, cinnamon and red berries; this is the perfect scent for both Fall and the Christmas season. And for only your coolest of friends, pair the Sweater Weather Candle with this super fun "Basic Bitch" Pumpkin Spice Latte scented candle.

Now for the strictly Christmas-obsessed, Nerd Bird Creations has you covered there too. They have a newly-released holiday candle collection including fun movie-inspired candles like Son of a Nutcracker and Bedford Falls and more traditional Christmas scents like Gingerbread Cookies. Pair and one of these candles with a matching set of wax melts for an affordable festive gift.

For the perfect bath and body hostess gift, check out Lisa32 Skincare. This brand was previously featured on the KCL Fall Beauty Edit for their Pumpkin Cheesecake lip balm (which yes of course is completely amazing!), and I just had to feature this shop again. I also had the pleasure of trying their Pumpkin Coconut Latte Body Butter (pictured below), and it smells incredible!

In addition to their Fall scented bath products, they have so many scents that are even more perfect for Christmas. As much as I am loving the Autumn Apple Sugar Scrub paired with the Autumn Harvest Soap, which would be a perfect Fall hostess gift; you have to check out all of their cranberry-scented products too. What I'm most interested in for bath and body Christmas gifts is the Lisa32 Skincare Cranberry Fig Sugar Scrub and the matching Cranberry Fig Soap and Spiced Cranberry Body Butter! If you know someone who is as obsessed with cranberry as I clearly am, spoil them with a gift basket full of these items along with Lisa's Cranberry Fig Bath Bombs and Cranberry Bliss body oil.

Finally, for home decor, I wanted to share with you guys my new Amazon Influencer page and what will be the new KCL shop page, where 'll be adding my seasonal picks in fashion and beauty, but where I'll also be adding both harvest decor and Christmas decor. So you can shop for everything you need, whether you're ready for Christmas or if you'd rather enjoy Autumn decor for a while longer.

Today's top picks from my harvest decor category are these beautiful orange silk hydrangeas and this  Stone and Beam vintage galvanized milk jug vase. Pair them to add an instant Autumn centerpiece on your dining table or in an entryway. I love mums for Fall just as much as everyone else does, but these are such an elegant alternative and a great way to mix things up.

I hope you enjoyed this week's finds! I have several shopping guides coming up, including the big KCL Holiday Gift Guide. Make sure you're subscribed to Krisztina Clifton Living to get email updates on all of the holiday guides this season.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend. As always, you can use the links below to shop, and please leave me a comment before you go. Happy shopping!
