How to Improve Your Personal Style

An individual’s personal style is something that can set them apart and make them stand out in a room full of people. Even if you aren’t that into fashion, you can still develop a style that people can identify you by. Perhaps you’re wondering how you can improve your style and make it more interesting, or you’re at a point in your life that you’re hungry for change. Whatever the case, you can improve your style at any time you want to, just be open to trying something new. Here are practical ways that you can improve your personal style nevertheless.

Know What Look You’re Going For

Before you can actually improve your personal style, you need to know what exactly you’re looking to change it to. Identify what your personal style is presently and what about it is you want to improve. KCL Friday Finds

Welcome to KCL Friday Finds! Today's shopping guide is full of affordable beauty-themed stocking stuffers. Don't get me wrong, I love to get candy and chocolates in my stocking, but I also love other gifts, like a cute new pair of socks and especially little beauty products.

A beauty stocking stuffer doesn't have to cost a lot. Between individual sheets masks and bath bombs  to lip balm and nail polish, you can find so many great options under $10. Several options below are even under $5.

The most universal of stocking stuffers, aside from candy, is lip balm. When given as a gift, go with something more luxurious than a Cherry Chapstick from the grocery store. My favorite lip balms at Bua Organics are all-natural and organic and come in options like Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, and Jojoba Oil. For a moisturizing lip balm with the addition of a fun scent, try Einstein Bath Co., for flavors like Sangria, Marshmallow, and Pink Frosting.

A wonderful way to give a luxury beauty item without spending too much money is an individual mask. Lip and undereye masks are so trendy this year. Any beauty enthusiast would be thrilled to receive one in her stocking. Try these Pucker Up Collagen Gel Lip Treatment Masks or this CCbeauty 10-Pack. Both have multiple masks in each pack, so you could keep a few for yourself and use the rest in someone's stocking.

For a full facial mask stocking stuffer, I love the Miss Spa individual face masks. You can find them at Target or online. My recent favorite is this Miss Spa 24K Gold Radiance Facial Sheet Mask.

For the makeup lover, I think a beautiful new nail polish is a must for a stocking stuffer. Recently on KCL Beauty, we've been loving everything at Taupe Coat, especially their new shade Bamboo Tiger. This shade did very well on Instagram, and had to be restocked soon after its debut. Another great shade for the holidays is this shimmery pink nail polish A Little Bubbly.

A major trend in bodycare this year is the bath bomb, and it too makes for the perfect beauty-themed stocking stuffer. The bath bombs at Lisa32 Skincare are just over $5 and come in some incredible seasonal scents, like Cranberry Fig. Anyone would appreciate a relaxing bath during the busy holiday season.

Another great spa-themed stocking stuffer is bath salts, though that can vary greatly in price. Recently featured on the monthly KCL Beauty edit, Sitronu has smaller travel size options that are perfect for a stocking. This beautiful 2oz. Bath Salts gift is just over $5. Scented with therapeutic essential oils and made with high-grade epsom salts, this would be such a relaxing and luxurious little treat in anyone's Christmas stocking.

Thanks so much for stopping by KCL Friday Finds. I hope you've found some helpful ideas here. Which of these items would you love to give or get? Let me know in the comments below!
